Appointments are booked through Calendly. You can cancel or reschedule directly from the confirmation link you receive by email when you book.

The site currently does not process online payments. If a payment system is activated in the future, this section will be updated with the applicable terms, including pricing, currency, and refund policy.

When a service includes a laboratory test, the sample is processed by the corresponding external provider or laboratory, which will be identified during the contracting process. CellCare Lab LLC is not responsible for the technical processing performed by that external provider, its turnaround times, or the accuracy of its results.

All content on the site (text, images, brand) is the property of CellCare Lab LLC or is used under authorization. You may not copy or redistribute this content without prior written permission.

By using our forms, you agree to provide truthful information and not to use the site for fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful purposes.
