How it works
A simple method for making decisions with more context.
Four steps that combine measurement when it adds value, real context, and support, to help you decide with more information and fewer assumptions.

How it works
A 4-step method to change from the root
Measure
Gather objective information when it makes sense.
Understand
Put the data in context alongside your habits and goals.
Act
Choose a few realistic, sustainable priorities.
Measure again
Review progress and adjust without chasing perfection.
The method in 4 steps
In depth: each step
1. Measure
When it makes sense for your goal, I gather objective information, for example through a test from the laboratory I work with. I distinguish between objective data and what you report yourself in a questionnaire.
2. Understand
I interpret any data in the context of your habits, your goals, and your circumstances. It's not a diagnosis: it's a joint reading of what makes sense for you right now.
3. Act
Together, we choose a small number of realistic priorities. I prefer small, measurable actions over long lists that no one sustains over time.
4. Measure again
I review progress when it's relevant and we adjust the plan together. I don't promise a specific improvement: the goal is to keep learning what works for you.
What I look at besides the data
Your biology also responds to your lifestyle
Wellbeing doesn't depend on just one thing. That's why I look at several dimensions at once before suggesting priorities.
Nutrition
Sleep
Movement
Stress and nervous system
Environment
Relationships
Emotions
